System types

Six builds, one workshop

Flat, incline, modular, roller, spiral and sortation lines, fabricated to the load, hygiene and layout your plant actually needs.

A flat belt conveyor carrying packaged goods along a production line

Horizontal transport for packaging, assembly and inspection. Slider bed or roller-supported, with PVC, PU or silicone belts.

  • Widths 200-2000mm
  • Up to 40m per section
  • Up to 150 kg/m

Flat belt conveyors

An inclined belt conveyor carrying cartons up through a lit warehouse bay

Controlled elevation between levels with cleated or textured belts, sidewalls for bulk, and anti-rollback where needed.

  • Angles to 45°
  • Cleats 15-80mm
  • Up to 100 kg/m

Incline & decline

A white modular plastic belt curving around a drive on a stainless frame

Interlocking plastic modules for heavy loads, tight curves and washdown. Individual modules replace without stripping the line.

  • Widths to 2400mm
  • Curves from 500mm
  • Up to 300 kg/m

Modular belt

Cartons running along a gravity roller line beside racking

Gravity or powered rollers for cartons and pallets, with zone accumulation, merges and transfers available.

  • Rollers 50-150mm
  • Powered to 500 kg/m
  • 24V MDR options

Roller conveyors

A spiral conveyor lifting product between floors in a compact footprint

Continuous spiral or reciprocating lifts when floor space is tight and product must change level without queuing.

  • Elevation to 20m
  • Spiral Ø 1.2-2.4m
  • Up to 75 kg/item

Spiral & vertical

A sortation line diverting boxes across powered rollers in a distribution hall

Route product by barcode, size or destination with pop-up wheels, pushers, sliding shoe and related sorter types.

  • To 6,000 items/hr
  • Divert 30-90°
  • WMS-ready PLC

Sortation & diverters

Belt materials we supply

Spec the cover for the product, temperature and washdown duty. We cut, splice and install on site when the line cannot wait.
